It helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version and the HWT version (Settings → About in the app). Please don't send backup files unless I ask, as they contain your personal data.
Common Questions
Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone. HWT has no account and no servers, so I can't see or recover your data. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I back up my data?
Go to Settings → Data → Backup & Recovery. Turn on Automatic Backup and choose a folder (iCloud Drive works well) for a daily backup, or use Export Backup to save a copy anywhere you like.
How do I move to a new iPhone?
Make a fresh backup on your old iPhone, install HWT on the new one, then use Settings → Data → Backup & Recovery → Restore From Backup and pick the backup file. Restoring replaces all data on that iPhone, so do it before you start logging on the new phone.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting HWT deletes all of its data on your iPhone. Make a backup first if you want to keep it.
Habit reminders or rest alerts aren't arriving
Check that notifications are allowed in the iPhone's Settings → Notifications → HWT, and that a Focus mode isn't silencing them.
How do I add a widget?
Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for HWT. Touch and hold a widget and choose Edit Widget to switch between Quarter and Year.
Which iPhones does HWT support?
Any iPhone running iOS 27 or later.
